Anne J. Kepner

Anne Kepner | Attorney at Law

Anne J. Kepner currently represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including bicycle, motorcycle, and automobile accidents.  In addition, she represents victims of elder abuse and medical negligence.

Anne began her legal career representing more than 200 women who had become ill after the placement of silicone breast implants.  She also spent approximately six years working as local counsel for two large Bay Area insurance companies defending personal injury actions.  She has also resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and mediation.  For many years, she has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.  In addition, Anne has been appointed to serve as a neutral arbitrator and mediator by the court through the ENE program in general litigation matters.

This defense experience gives Anne unique insight into the way that personal injury cases are evaluated and the tactics insurance company defendants use to reduce payouts and verdicts.  Her reputation in the community has earned her Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious "AV" Rating, which signifies preeminent levels of professional ability and ethical standards.

Outside of her practice, Anne spends much of her time giving back to the local community.  She volunteers with several local organizations and has been selected by the Santa Clara City Council to serve on the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Committee.
