Bicycle Accidents

• A personal injury case in which the client was seriously injured while riding his bicycle.

• A personal injury case in which the client was seriously injured when struck by a vehicle as he was riding his motorcycle.

Pedestrian Accidents

• A personal injury action in which a pedestrian was seriously injured when struck by a vehicle as he crossed the street.
• A personal injury case in which the client was seriously injured when struck by a vehicle while taking her usual morning walk.

Wrongful Death

• A wrongful death case in which our client was in utero when her father was killed by a commercial truck driver in an automobile accident.
• A wrongful death case in which we represented the children whose father was electrocuted at a naval shipyard.
• A wrongful death case in which the clients recovered after their father was run over by a vehicle.
• A wrongful death case in which the families of two bicyclists recovered after they were run over by a police officer who fell asleep.
• A wrongful death case where we represented the family of a motorcyclist who was run over while on his way to work.

Toxic Torts

• A mass tort case where we represented nearly 200 employees of the Salinas County courthouse who had suffered serious affects and respiratory problems due to asbestos exposure.

Elder Abuse

• Elder abuse case where victim's leg was broken and then not treated properly resulting in gangrene and an amputation.
• An elder abuse case in which the elder victim was abused by a fellow resident of a skilled nursing facility resulting in a broken hip, gangrene, a leg amputation, and death.
• A dependent abuse case in which the victim was not properly cared for by the hospital staff and as a result suffered from a pressure ulcer that took almost one year to heal.
• An elder abuse and medical malpractice case in which the victim developed a huge pressure ulcer from lack of custodial care at a hospital.
• Financial elder abuse case in which the defendant fraudulently convinced the elderly victim to sell his home and annuities to qualify for Medi-Cal.
• A dependant adult case in which the victim was a disabled resident who suffered a serious and permanent hand injury because he did not receive proper medical care while residing at a residential care facility.
• An elder abuse and wrongful death case in which the clients' mother fell from a two-story window while residing at a residential care facility.

Other Personal Injury Cases

• A personal injury case in which the client contracted herpes from her husband as a result of his extramarital affair.
• A personal injury case in which the client was molested by a priest when he was a teenager.
